Restoring Dignity

Long lasting injuries and illnesses can take so much from those they afflict—their ability to provide for themselves and their loved ones, their ability to enjoy the fruits of their labor, and even at times, their self-respect.  Abernathy Disability Law seeks to restore a sense of dignity that is lost when the government denies legitimate disability applications.

Occasionally, people have legal problems that are outside this principal area of practice. In most instances I am able to refer the matter to a lawyer in whom I have confidence.
